Stock products returned for credit must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be made with original part packaging, and the returned product must be in a totally unused original condition.
Non-Stock special order products manufactured to customers prints and specifications normally cannot be returned, except in the case of a quality issue. Authorized quality returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
