Flap Wheel is a versatile, high performing abrasive tool designed for grinding, deburing, cleaning and polishing of small diameter, tubing, concave and convex surfaces, small openings, channels and recessed areas on a variety of surfaces.
Flap Wheels are made out of Coated Abrasive Flap. These flaps are reinforced at the center with a strong, flexible resilient adhesive.
The salient feature of the Flap Wheel is that it is non-loading and non dulling because of the unique nature of flaps wearing away evenly in use. These provide consistent finish in uniform rate of cut.
