TERM & CONDITION
Purchase Orders may be placed by E-mail, fax, mail or telephone.
Include on the purchase order the ship to and attention of information, part number for stock items, Diamond or cBN, Mesh and quantity. Stock items normally ship within 24 hours of receipt of hard copy purchase order. Delivery for non-stock items is on a quoted basis.
Our terms are NET 30 Days F.O.B. Orders may be shipped via open account, or prepayment. Our standard and quoted prices do not include transportation costs or insurance, which are added to your invoice. Shipments are made via shipping company courier by letter of credit or prepayment.
Shipping, insurance, taxes, duties or any other customs or local charges are the sole responsibility of the ordering company.
FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne or any other international carrier with local representation can be used for shipment. If your carrier is used, the companies account number is required for the account to be charged. Another option is for your Broker to arrange pick up from Grahapolisher and ultimate delivery to your location. Large and heavy packages receive preferential treatment and less expensive transportation charges from Brokers, whereas international carriers charge a premium for large and heavy packages.
Prepaid shipment is available upon request. When making your payment arrangements, advise us as to your preferred method of shipment or carrier. We can calculate your cost with an estimated weight and value, and that cost can be added into your check, LOC or wire transfer.
We highly recommend that you insure your shipment for full replacement value. It is our normal policy to require that each shipment be insured for the full replacement value, including your shipment costs.
Of course you can waive our policy requiring insured shipment. On your company letterhead, signed by an officer of your company, be shipped without insurance coverage. Clearly state that Grahapolisher Abrasive Product, Inc. is held blameless and without any liability for all cases of lost, pilfered or damaged products, received by your company from a shipment that originated from our plant in Jakarta INDONESIA.
GRAHAPOLISHER shall be held blameless and without any liability in all cases for shipments originating from our plant in Jakarta INDONESIA that are lost, pilfered or received damaged, and as such, claims must be made through the carrier.
GRAHAPOLISHER reserves the right to update, revise, change, cancel or otherwise alter this document or statements, at our discretion.
